Case study · AI governance · Hillbreak
A governance pack built against the new RICS standard.
The RICS professional standard on the responsible use of AI in surveying practice took effect on 9 March 2026 and introduced specific, documented obligations. Hillbreak's existing policy was principles-based and a solid foundation. We assessed it against the standard and prepared the documents that close the gaps.
