Twenty-six initiatives and 9,672 hours a year identified, in two weeks.

The senior leadership team already believed AI could improve efficiency across the business and had captured its ideas on a single page. What it lacked was clarity on what was practical, a defensible view on prioritisation and a sequenced approach to delivery. We carried out a two-week review.

    What we built
    • Surveys across senior leadership, consultants and the technical team
    • Ten stakeholder interviews to find where time was being spent
    • An opportunity map for each of seven departments
    • A review of the tech stack, including legacy systems without APIs
    • A risk assessment and a six-step governance framework
    What changed

Litmus left the review with a prioritised twenty-four month roadmap, a view of which systems were enablers and which were constraints, and a read on the cultural appetite for AI across the firm.

“Within a short timespan, they demonstrated a deep understanding of our business and articulated a prioritised roadmap which we can now execute, with sensible governance, training and risk controls built in.”
