268 hours a month saved, and more capacity in three service lines.

Following the strategy review we implemented a programme of AI and automation initiatives across the consultancy. The aim was to increase efficiency and capacity at the key bottlenecks, so that Litmus can price more competitively without increasing headcount or sacrificing margin.

    What we built
    • AI governance: internal and external policies and a tool impact assessment
    • Team training: ten films, from prompting to voice and persona documents
    • Pre-selection questionnaires rebuilt and automated
    • A benchmarking platform: 2,000 lines in around 45 minutes, where 200 to 300 took eight hours
    • Verify monitoring: work that took 30 to 40 hours now takes two to three
    • A tenders application, built from scratch, on the web and on mobile
    What changed

Every figure was collected from the people at Litmus who use the tools.

“We used to have a full-time member of staff doing that. I feel like I’ve gained a full-time member of staff, and it’s not costing any extra money.”
