AssumeAI publishes a price for every one of its 8 services. One-off engagements start from £3,000 (AI Governance Implementation); the highest published one-off price is £20,000 ex VAT for Enterprise AI Deployment. Embedding an AI engineer in your firm through our managed service starts from £5,500 a month. Below is what each service includes, how long it takes and the guarantee that comes with it.

No long lock-in. You are on a monthly footing, you can change the level or step away, and if a month has not earned its keep we would rather fix that than hold you to it.

How we price

Every AssumeAI service has a published price, so you can see what the work costs before you speak to anyone.

Most of those prices are starting points, not quotes for a build. We will not quote you before we know where your hours go, and neither should anyone else. The first step is finding where time is lost and putting a cost against each opportunity, ranked. You then sign off exactly what gets built, with the number and the return it is based on in front of you. The exception is Enterprise AI Deployment, which is £20,000 ex VAT: that is the price, not a starting point.

The managed service is priced by the month, by how much engineering capacity you embed: half an engineer from £5,500, one engineer from £8,500 and two engineers from £15,000 a month. There is no long lock-in; you can change the level or step away.

We are not the cheapest option, and if you want a quick hack we are the wrong firm. What we offer instead is a guarantee on every service, set out against each one above.

Questions

How much does an AI consultant cost in the UK?

It depends on the scope, which is why AssumeAI publishes a price for each service rather than a day rate. Our one-off services are AI Governance Implementation from £3,000, AI Priorities Workshop from £4,000, Tailored AI Team Training from £5,000, 30-Day Implementation Sprint from £6,000, AI Strategy Review from £12,000, 90-Day Implementation Sprint from £15,000 and Enterprise AI Deployment at £20,000 ex VAT. An embedded AI engineer through the managed service is from £5,500 a month.

Why do most prices start with "from"?

Because they are starting points, not quotes for a build. We will not quote before we know where your hours go. The first step is finding where time is lost and putting a cost against each opportunity, ranked; you then sign off exactly what gets built, with the number and the return it is based on in front of you.

What is the least expensive way to start?

The free AI maturity assessment: nine questions, about two minutes, and a scored report benchmarked against comparable firms. You can also book a free forty-minute strategy call with one of the founders. The lightest paid engagements are AI Governance Implementation (from £3,000) and AI Priorities Workshop (from £4,000).

Do we have to use you to build what the review recommends?

No. The plan is yours, and you are free to run it however you like. Many clients choose us to deliver it, but the roadmap, the risk assessment and the other documents belong to you either way, whoever does the building.

What happens if it does not deliver?

Every service carries its own guarantee, listed against each price on this page. For example, if a 30-day sprint is not live and delivering value in 30 days, we keep working at no extra cost until it is.
