    04How engagements work

    How an engagement runs.

    1. Start free. A forty-minute strategy call with one of the founders, or the AI maturity assessment (nine questions, about two minutes, with a scored report by email).
    2. Find and rank the opportunity. Typically the work starts with an AI Strategy Review (or the shorter AI Priorities Workshop), which finds where the hours go, puts a cost against each opportunity and ranks them, so the return is visible before anything is built.
    3. Put governance in place. Clear policies, controls and training, so the team can use AI safely and consistently.
    4. Build and deploy. Production-grade AI built inside the client's own infrastructure, through a 30-day or 90-day sprint, an enterprise deployment or an embedded engineer on the managed service.
    5. Hand over. The client owns everything built, code included; the team is trained and given the documentation and a roadmap they can run without AssumeAI.
    How AssumeAI works with clients
PricesEvery service has a published starting price, all on one pricing page; the scope and the return it is based on are agreed before anything is built
OwnershipSystems live in the client's existing infrastructure and the client owns all of it
GuaranteesEach service carries a published guarantee, listed with the services above
Free strategy callForty minutes with one of the founders, free. Bring whatever you want to ask: where AI would pay off in your firm, what to avoid, what it should cost. You leave with straight answers, whether or not we work together.
